The Operator Guide to License Plate Session Verification

Traditional parking verification often relies on attendants walking vehicle to vehicle checking paper receipts placed on dashboards.

Paper dashboard checks are slow, prone to disputes over blown-away or obscured receipts, and difficult to read at night.

ParkingBreeze provides operators and staff with a web-based session roster accessible from any smartphone, tablet, or computer—with no specialized handheld hardware required.

As parkers complete transactions, their sessions appear on the operator Sessions page. Staff can filter by location or status and search by license plate (including the last 3 digits) to verify whether a vehicle has an active paid session.

Every parking session logs the vehicle license plate, state, location, spot number, start time, expiration timestamp, and payment status.

Operators can review historical session records and export transaction data in CSV format for accounting and dispute resolution.
